This SBL lesson is for you to learn about your safety when photographing lightning. The safe location to be and some of the places you shouldn’t be.
When Experienced Photographers are photographing lightning, they need to seek for a proper composition in the landscape. The best place to be is where the view to the sky is optimal. But most importantly, is to choose a location that is safe during lightning.
· You will risk being hit by lightning (directly or indirectly) if you don’t avoid dangerous locations.
